Job Description

Customer Aspect

  • Ensure Smooth Operation of the Front of the House
  • Welcome customers when they arrive
  • Greeting diners to the table upon arrival and introducing them to the menu
  • Explain ordering process
  • Maintain familiarity with menu items and brand information to answer customer’s questions, give recommendations, and introduce the latest promotions
  • Ensure every customer have a good time
  • Ensure proper hygiene as prescribed in the company guidelines
  • Understand and adhere to proper food handling, food safety, and sanitation standard during food preparation, serve and clean up
  • Ensure proper uniform, punctuality and grooming are according to company policy and standards.
  • Take orders from the customers and enter them into the POS system to be processed and transferred to the kitchen
  • Receive and confirm reservations
  • Collect food orders from the kitchen, verify that it is plated correctly and sent to the tables accordingly
  • Ensure all customers Close Tab before leaving the Restaurant
  • Proactive to handle and resolve customer’s problems if necessary
  • Take in all GrabFood and FoodPanda orders and serve out on time


  • Ensure floors are clean before and after shift
  • Ensure all tables are clean, neat, and sanitized
  • Wash all reusable cups
  • Manage Beer Tap (Filling and serving of beer)
  • Manage and restock Display Chiller (Drinks and Lok Lok)
  • Stocktake Drinks and Beers
  • Inform kitchen if any ingredients are running low

Job Requirements:

  • Adhere to proper standards, ensure accuracy and on time
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proven experience in the position of interest
  • Good customer service and communication skills
  • Outgoing personality
  • Ability to remain composed and work under pressure – specifically during busy dining periods
  • Must have the ability to work overtime, on special events, weekends, and Public Holidays when needed

Working Hours:

3 pm – 11 pm (to report 30 mins early); 8 hrs shift on Tues, Weds, Thurs and Sun
3 pm – 1 am (to report 30 mins early); 10 hrs shift + Transport Claim on Fri and Sat

Meal & Drinks Included.
About the Company Principal activity is stalls selling cooked food and prepared drinks (including stalls at food courts and mobile food hawkers).
