Creatr is a modern seasonal adaptation of Singapore hawker-style food, managed by the team behind a ice cream specialty cafe: Three's A Crowd Cafe. This new venture is in collaboration with 1st Runner Up of MasterChef Singapore Season 2, Leon Lim.
- Primary role is to handle the front of the house which includes:
- Communicate with customers on any queries that they may have
- Take orders from customers and input them accurately into the Point of Sales.
- Serving food and drinks to customers and to clear the tables once they are done.
- Maintain a high level of personal hygiene and cleanliness in the café.
- Collect feedback from customers and report issues promptly.
- Ensure smooth daily operation of the café.
- Secondary role is to assist in the kitchen in terms of food preparation and simple cooking.
- Ensure that the production, preparation, and presentation of food are of the highest quality and in line with Singapore food hygiene requirement.
- Follow standard procedures and policies closely.
- Monitor stock level and to update for replenishment.
- Able to communicate well in English to customers.
- Interests in culinary would be beneficial.
- Must be able to work on weekends and off days will be on weekdays.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
- Certification in Food Safety/Hygiene Course will be an advantage
