Job Description:

  1. Frying Chicken, Fish, and other Nasi Lemak items
  2. Follow production schedule, serve orders timely
  3. Washing, chopping, shredding, and grating ingredients
  4. Check the quality of food prepared regarding taste and temperature according to the company standard and safety & hygiene policies and procedures constantly
  5. Keep ingredients according to the prescribed food safety regulations
  6. Responsible for cleanliness of work area, which includes food preparation equipment, floor and kitchen tools, and dishes
  7. Monitor inventory at all times and report items that need to be re-ordered
  8. Responsible for receiving incoming food orders and rotating stock
  9. Comply with workplace safety and health policies and procedures
  10. Follow food and beverage safety and hygiene policies and procedures
  11. Responsible for maintaining a clean uniform

Job Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years working experience in the kitchen
  • Knowledge of kitchen sanitation
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment
  • Able to work on Weekends and PHs
  • Ability to understand and carry out instructions
  • Good teamwork spirit and open to learning

About the Company Principal activity is food courts, coffee shops, and eating houses (mainly food and beverage income) with retail sales of food N.E.C. as the secondary activity.
